Synopsis: WHEN YOU’RE A big girl
Cherri has often wished she were thin and graceful like a ballerina instead of being a six-foot-tall blonde with curves that require serious caution. Surely a charming Irishman like her new boss Colin, with his throaty brogue and to-die-for bod, would never go for someone like Cherri. Unless maybe he’s looking for the exact opposite of a delicate lass?
there’s more of you to love
When Colin hired Cherri to work in his furniture-restoration shop, he had his eyes, first and foremost, on her artistic talents. But now he can’t help but see Cherri for the lush, spirited beauty that she is…and, soon enough, he finds himself mixing business with pleasure. But Cherri turns out to be more vulnerable than she appears. Is she in need of more than Colin can give? Or could it be that a feeling stronger than lust has him thrown for a curve?

Q/A with Sugar Jamison
When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer?
I was a senior in college. I had just finished reading Jennifer Crusie’s BET ME for the third time and I thought, “Hey! I want to try writing too.” So I got a notebook and started writing. I haven’t stopped since.
What is your work schedule like when you're writing?
I work a day job that’s not very flexible. But I have nights and weekends off so I write then. I manage to get a lot done between 8 and 10.
What would you say is your interesting writing quirk?
I don’t know if this is interesting, but I for some reason I get incredibly thirsty when I write. One day I drank four Vitamin Waters and a half a gallon lemon water. There were empty bottles everywhere.
Which character from your books, if any, do you relate to the most? And why?
Belinda. Her book GENTLEMEN PREFER CURVES will be out this fall but we meet her in DANGEROUS CURVES AHEAD and get to know her a little better in THROWN FOR A CURVE. She just turned thirty and is having issues about it. I will be thirty next year and I am having issues about it.
If you could be any character, in any book who would you be?
Good question! Harry Potter, because I really would like to have attended Hogwarts.
What was the last book you read?
Sherry Thomas’s THE LUCKIEST LADY IN LONDON.
